BUTLER
General qualifications:

a.Minimum Diploma dari Sekolah Pariwisata
b.Minimum 160 cm, proporsional, berpenampilan menarik
c.Tidak berkaca mata dan tidak memakai kawat gigi.
d.Minimum 2 tahun sebagai Front Office Staff/ Waiter/Waitress atau Villa Attendant.
e.Minimum 1 tahun sebagai Butler
f.Menguasai tehnik berkendara (roda empat) yang baik, dengan memiliki SIM yang disesuaikan dengan jenis kendaraan.
g.Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik dan bahasa lainnya.
h.Memiliki pengetahuan tentang obyek-obyek wisata dan budaya Bali.
i.Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
j.Memiliki kemampuan menjual yang baik.
k.Mampu membaca keinginan tamu.
l.Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan karena kesibukan operasional.
m.Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Front Office, Housekeeping dan FB Service.
n.Mampu menangani keluhan tamu secara efektif dan efisien.


WAITER
General qualifications:

o.Minimum Diploma 1 dari Sekolah Pariwisata jurusan Tata Hidangan
p.Berpenampilan menarik
q.Tidak berkaca mata dan memakai kawat gigi
r.Minimum 6 bulan training sebagai Waiter
s.Memiliki pengetahuan menyangkut makanan dan minuman
f.Mampu menyiapkan minuman
g.Mampu melakukan pengecekan inventory dan mengisi laporan inventory
h.Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik dan benar secara lisan dan tertulis.
i.Memiliki kemampuan untuk menjual (selling skill)
j.Memiliki kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi


DRIVER
General qualifications:

a.Laki-laki, usia minimum 21 tahun
b.Pendidikan minimum Diploma 1 dari Sekolah Pariwisata
c.Tinggi badan minimum 165 cm, proporsional
d.Tidak berkaca mata dan memakai kawat gigi
e. Minimum 6 bulan pengalaman training di Front Office
f. Terampil mengendarai kendaraan roda empat dan mempunyai SIM A yang masih berlaku
g. Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik
h. Mampu bekerjasama dalam Team Kerja.
